Mapping your way to EURO2008

A great example of Google Mapplet is Euro ‘08 by Google, mapping countries, stadiums, team info and match results with related content from Panoramio (photos) and Google’s own Local service (bars/pubs). Very well done map, that highlights the use of nice, clear icons to bring order into the sometimes chaoting map views.
